4.2 Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward hotel staff and other guests. Disorderly conduct, including but not limited to noise disturbances, vandalism, or illegal activity, may result in eviction from the premises without refund.
4.3 Pets: Contact the front desk, except for service animals.

5.1 Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are available.
5.2 Lost or Damaged Items: ROYAL HOTEL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your stay. We recommend securing valuables in the room safe or with the front desk.
5.3 Maintenance: Occasionally, we may need to perform maintenance on the property. We will do our best to minimize disruption to your stay.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Hotel’s Responsibility: THE ROYAL HOTEL is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your stay except in cases of negligence directly attributable to the hotel’s operations.
6.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to provide services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, strikes, or governmental actions.
