4.2 Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward hotel staff and other guests. Disorderly conduct, including but not limited to noise disturbances, vandalism, or illegal activity, may result in eviction from the premises without refund.

5.2 Lost or Damaged Items: ROYAL HOTEL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your stay. We recommend securing valuables in the room safe or with the front desk.
5.3 Maintenance: Occasionally, we may need to perform maintenance on the property. We will do our best to minimize disruption to your stay.
6. Limitation of Liability
